Let the games begin!

It’s been quite the turbulent weeks sine we got out of quarantine. We arrived at the hotel (probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at) late at night on the 23rd and were immediately greeted by a famous Korean YouTuber to do some content. And that pace continued for the following days with several content obligations and other fun stuff I did with the team. But more on that in the first episode of the docuseries (I’ll get to that).

After the team was starved for six days from their computers and being forced into doing a lot of content, they were finally able to practice again on the 29th when the practice rooms opened. For me my job then switched from filming them eating delicious meals, going to the barber or driving around a mall with electric mini-cars to capturing as much preparation for the tournament as possible.

This went on till the tournament started just a week ago. And since then we’ve just been in Go Mode.

Now that I’m done with the ”What did I do the last few weeks” / “writing my diary” segment, I just want to say that I couldn’t be happier with everything that is happening right now. From the guys being more than welcoming and being down to do any sort of content ideas I throw at them (e.g. putting Jim in a bathtub full of Monsters after he had at 10 hour media day in a cold warehouse) to me being allowed by Team Liquid to create exactly the content I want to create.

I know its only been two weeks, but so far I’ve created some of my best work (especially the first Team Photoshoot) and we’re just getting started.

Next to the photography work (weird to call it work, since it has been feeling like anything but that), I am also making a weekly documentary series with the guys. And the first episode is already out. So I would love for you to check it out here:
